Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone is a stunning, contemporary choice of garden paving that will suit any modern patio.
As one of the most consistent styles of grey Indian stone, it’s a hugely popular option for gardens across the UK with natural colours that offer the charm and appeal that only natural stone pavers can.
Natural variations throughout the stone formed over thousands of years promise your garden a finish filled with character! Kandla Grey Paving will also stand the test of time, even in harsh weather and is suited to the British climate to offer a robust paving option that will last for decades.
The shot-blasted surface adds an extra level of slip-resistance to the stone and is created by peppering the slabs with small, steel beads at a high velocity to remove a fine layer from the surface. The shot blasting process adds an even degree of texturing to the surface and provides extra grip underfoot. All four edges of each slab are machine-cut with a smooth finish to complete the contemporary look of the pavers, with each slab calibrated to 20mm in thickness and a bevelled top edge.
Our shot blasted sandstone paving has a level of natural slip resistance and is not known to be slippery when wet. These sandstone slabs are designed specifically for outdoor use and we always advise taking the usual care when walking on the slabs when wet.
Sandstone products are entirely natural and will feature variations in colour, tone and pattern. This is a feature of the natural stone and the exact colours you will receive can never be pre-determined.

The m² coverage of each product reflects the total area that the stone will cover including the recommended joint widths.
As a natural product, sandstone is subject to natural variations in tone and colour. The exact variations that you will receive in each crate can never be pre-determined.
Each slab is calibrated with a tolerance of +/- 5mm.
We always advise ordering an additional 10-15% to account for off-cuts and waste. You can find out more about accounting for waste here.
