Campaign Duration
The Grand Nustone Giveaway runs from Friday, 25th July 2025 to Thursday, 4th September 2025.

Eligibility
Open to all customers aged 18 and over, based in the UK.

How to Enter
To participate in the campaign and become eligible for both the weekly and grand prize draws, customers must:

1. Spend a minimum of £500 (total order value inclusive of VAT and delivery charges)
2. Apply the promo code NUSTONEGIVEAWAY at checkout
3. Select one free essential from the list provided before completing the purchase

Free Essentials

• Each qualifying customer will receive one free essential product as listed during the week of their order.
• Customers must select their free essential at checkout after applying the promo code NUSTONEGIVEAWAY to ensure it is included in the order.
• Essentials are subject to stock availability and may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value at Nustone’s discretion.

Weekly Prize Draws

• Each campaign week begins on Friday and ends on Thursday.
• Five lucky winners will be selected each Friday and announced across Nustone’s social media channels.
• The prize for each weekly draw will be announced at the beginning of that campaign week (Friday).
• Customers will only be entered into the weekly draw for the week in which their qualifying purchase was made. For example, if a qualifying order is placed during Week 1 of the campaign, the customer is eligible for the Week 1 draw only and not for subsequent weeks.
• Customers may win more than once if they place multiple qualifying orders in different weeks.

Grand Prize Draw

• All qualifying orders throughout the campaign will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw, taking place on Tuesday, 9th September 2025.
• The grand prize will be a Nustone item worth £1,000 (details to be announced later).
• The grand prize winner will be contacted via email and announced on Nustone’s social media platforms.
• Winners must respond within 5 working days to claim their prizes.

Returns & Refunds
If a qualifying order is cancelled or returned (in full or in part), the customer becomes ineligible for both the weekly and grand prize draws, even if the promo code was applied or the essential was received.

Trade Discount Policy
Trade customers may either use their standard trade discount or participate in the giveaway campaign using the NUSTONEGIVEAWAY promo code, not both. Applying the campaign promo code disqualifies the order from receiving the trade discount.

Lucky Draw Entries

• There is no limit to the number of qualifying entries per customer.
• Each qualifying order counts as a separate entry in both the weekly and grand prize draws.
• The more orders placed, the higher the chances of winning.

Shipping & Fulfilment

• Free essentials may be shipped separately from the main order.
• Delivery times may vary based on product availability.
• During the campaign period, free express delivery will be offered to customers located within eligible express delivery postcodes.

Right to Amend or Withdraw

• Nustone reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this campaign or any associated giveaways at any time without prior notice.
• This promotion complies with relevant UK regulations as a purchase-based sales incentive.

Offer Restrictions

• This campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, trade discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
• Offers are not redeemable for cash or store credit.
