David called us to ask a few questions about our Granite Paving and talk through some options and pricing for his garden and patio project. Our experts offered to send out someΒ Free SamplesΒ to be sure that the stone was the right choice for the project, giving David the opportunity to see and feel the colours and textures for himself before making a final decision.
Just a few days later, we followed up with David to see what his thoughts were on the samples. After being able to compare the colours of two Granite from the samples that we provided, as well as feeling the surface texture first hand, David decided on Blue Black Granite for the project.
After a quick chat, we found the best price possible on the materials that were needed for the project and were able to place an order right there and then over the phone!
We were able to give David an estimated lead time for his delivery and answer all other questions regarding the delivery process, putting his mind to rest about how and when his goods would arrive to make sure that the delivery went without a hitch!
Whilst the project was underway, David gave us a call back to let us know that he needed a few extra slabs in order to finish his patio and as always, we were happy to provide the extras and sent the additional slabs out ASAP so that the project could be completed without delay!
We were even able to offer some extra advice on the sealing and aftercare of the stone to make sure that David’s hard work stays looking its best throughout the year!
David was over the moon with the outcome of his new patio and will be looking forward to enjoying some time spent relaxing here in the summer!
