Colour Options
Granite paving offers a wealth of design opportunities, with a range of sizes and colour options available, you will always be able to find a style to suit the needs of your project! You can choose from a multitude of sizes, from large format pavers to smaller slabs, or a mixed-size Patio Kit, which is perfect for random laying to create a unique finish.
Silver Grey Granite is a light coloured stone which will brighten up your exterior space and help to highlight any areas of your patio which may not see much natural light. This will create a sense of airiness to your garden and make the most off all the space available!
Blue Black Granite is mid-grey in colour and will appear darker when wet, with the surface of each slab featuring a range of blue, black, white and grey speckles.
The dark and bold colours in Black Granite will suit any modern or minimal design and features a range of black, grey and charcoal speckles throughout the surface of each slab.
Pink Granite is a more distinctive stone with its blend of pastel pink, black, white and grey tones. It offers natural charm and character that will complement any modern or traditional patio, garden path or driveway.
Charcoal Granite offers another grey option and is a great option to use as a border or edging solution!
Strength & Durability
Granite flags are suitable for a wide range of applications due to their durability and hard-wearing features. This makes them ideal for any paved areas which see a high amount of foot traffic. Its scratch-resistant and non-slip surface provides a safe and long-lasting finish that will withstand excessive use and is one of the best-selling options to transform your patio into a modern, contemporary extension of your home!
Due to its density, granite is one of the least porous types of natural stone, making it one of the easiest to maintain. When a stone takes on water, it can encourage the growth of algae and mould and also poses the risk of the water within the stone freezing and expanding within the winter months, causing cracks within the stone. Granite is less susceptible to this due to the reduced levels of porosity when compared to other types of natural stone, but we always recommend sealing to further protect the paving against any other potential damage.
The durability of granite flags also makes them a great choice for driveways. We especially recommend our Granite Setts for driveways, due to the extra thickness.
