Is this a genuine clearance?+
Yes. These are selected garden furniture lines being reduced to clear warehouse stock. Availability is limited by product and colour.
Can I return an online clearance purchase?+
Yes, your UK statutory rights still apply. For most online purchases, you normally have 14 days from delivery to tell the retailer you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return the item. Any product-specific exception must be lawful and made clear before purchase.
What if an item is faulty?+
Clearance goods must still be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not reduced because an item is on sale.
How long will the sale run?+
There is no artificial countdown. Each offer is available only while the allocated clearance stock remains and may end at different times.
Are these products new?+
Products are sold as new unless the individual product page clearly states otherwise. Check the product page for the exact specification, colour and contents before ordering.
How does delivery work for bulky furniture?+
Delivery options, charges and estimated times should be shown before checkout. If you cancel a non-faulty bulky item, collection or return costs may apply only where these were made clear before purchase.

Products. The campaign applies only to the products displayed on this page and only while allocated stock remains. Colours and specifications are confirmed on the linked product page.
Prices. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. The order total and any delivery charge are confirmed at checkout. Product-specific previous prices and savings must be based on genuine reference prices.
Availability. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it. An order is subject to stock confirmation and the retailer's standard order acceptance process.
Returns. Sale status does not remove statutory rights. Online cancellation, return and refund rules continue to apply, including rights where products are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.
Delivery. Delivery areas, lead times and charges vary by order. Bulky-item return or collection costs must be disclosed before purchase if the customer will be responsible for them.
Offers. Clearance prices cannot be combined with another discount unless expressly stated. Nustone may correct obvious pricing errors and withdraw an offer before an order is accepted.
