Campaign Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in the Nustone Summer Flash Sale. By using FLASH10, selecting a free paving essential or receiving a weekly prize-draw entry, you agree to these terms.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Nustone Patios Ltd, Dobbies Lane, Marks Tey, Colchester, Essex, CO6 1EP ("Nustone", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Promotion Period

1. The Summer Flash Sale begins at 00:01 on 31 July 2026.
2. The overall campaign is available for a limited time. The final campaign closing date and time will be published clearly on the Summer Flash Sale landing page before the promotion ends.
3. Each weekly prize-draw entry period runs from 00:00 on Friday until 23:59 on the following Thursday. One winner is selected on the following Friday.
4. Orders placed before the promotion begins or after the final published campaign closing time will not qualify.

3. Eligibility

1. The FLASH10 discount and free paving essential are available to customers placing a valid Nustone order.
2. The weekly prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding Nustone employees, their immediate families, agents and anyone professionally connected with administering the promotion.
3. Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

4. FLASH10 Discount

1. Customers must build a basket with a total value of at least £100 and enter FLASH10 at checkout.
2. The £100 threshold is calculated using the full basket value shown before FLASH10 is applied. This includes products, delivery, VAT and any other charges displayed in the basket.
3. FLASH10 provides 10% off the entire basket value.
4. The code must be entered before the order is submitted and cannot be applied retrospectively.
5. FLASH10 cannot be combined with another promotional code unless Nustone expressly confirms otherwise.
6. If an order is cancelled, amended or returned and the retained basket no longer meets the £100 requirement, Nustone may recalculate the order without the promotional benefit and adjust any refund accordingly, where legally permitted.

5. Free Paving Essential

1. To unlock a free paving essential, the order must meet the £100 total basket requirement, use FLASH10 and contain at least one qualifying paving product.
2. Qualifying paving products include porcelain paving, natural stone paving, sandstone paving, limestone paving, slate paving, granite paving, patio kits, paving slabs and other products Nustone expressly marks as qualifying.
3. Orders containing no qualifying paving product do not receive a free essential, even where they qualify for the discount and weekly prize-draw entry.
4. Eligible customers may choose one available free paving essential through the gift selector at checkout.

5. Free essentials are subject to availability. If a selected item becomes unavailable for reasons outside Nustone's reasonable control, Nustone may provide a comparable alternative of equal or greater value.
6. Only one free essential is available per qualifying order, regardless of basket value or the number of paving products purchased.
7. Free essentials have no cash, credit or voucher alternative and are not transferable.
8. If the qualifying order is cancelled or returned, the free item must also be returned unused and in resalable condition. Where legally permitted, its normal retail value may be deducted from the refund if it is not returned.

6. Weekly Prize Draw

1. Every completed qualifying order placed using FLASH10 receives one entry into the weekly prize draw applicable when the order is completed.
2. A qualifying order is a completed order with a total basket value of at least £100 before FLASH10 is applied.
3. Each weekly entry period runs from 00:00 on Friday until 23:59 on the following Thursday. The first entry period begins at 00:01 on 31 July 2026.
4. One winner is selected each Friday from all valid entries received during the immediately preceding weekly entry period.
5. Multiple separate qualifying orders receive one entry each. Nustone may disqualify additional entries where it reasonably believes a single intended purchase was deliberately split to manipulate the promotion.
6. Cancelled, fraudulent, unpaid, refunded or fully returned orders are not valid entries. A partly returned order may lose its entry where the remaining basket no longer meets the £100 threshold.

7. Weekly Prize

1. Each weekly winner receives one 2-seater rattan bistro set, comprising two chairs and one matching table, as displayed on the Summer Flash Sale landing page.
2. There is one prize and one winner per weekly draw.
3. If the advertised set becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Nustone's reasonable control, Nustone may provide a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value.
4. The prize has no cash, credit or voucher alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another product at the winner's request.
5. Delivery is available to a valid UK address that Nustone can reasonably service.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

1. Winners will be selected at random using a computer process capable of producing verifiably random results, or under the supervision of an independent person.
2. Nustone will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the details supplied at checkout, normally within five working days of selection.
3. The winner must respond and confirm eligibility and delivery details within seven days of the first notification.
4. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, is ineligible or cannot accept the prize, Nustone may select a replacement winner using the same process.
5. Nustone may request reasonable proof of age, identity, UK residency and the qualifying order.
6. Nustone will publish or make available information sufficient to show that a valid award took place, normally the winner's surname and county. A winner may object to publication, although Nustone must still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

9. Delivery, Returns and Order Changes

1. Standard Nustone delivery, cancellation, returns and refund policies continue to apply.
2. Adding, removing or replacing products after checkout may affect qualification for the discount, free essential and weekly prize-draw entry.
3. The promotion does not affect customers' statutory rights.

10. Fair Use and Abuse

1. Nustone may withhold a discount, free essential, entry or prize where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, manipulation, technical abuse, duplicate-account abuse or another attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
2. Nustone's decision on eligibility and administration is final, subject to applicable consumer law.

11. Changes, Suspension or Withdrawal

1. Nustone will not change a published weekly closing time or another significant condition unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make the change necessary.
2. Any necessary change will be communicated clearly and implemented in a way intended not to disadvantage customers who have already participated.
3. Nustone may suspend or withdraw the campaign where fraud, technical failure, stock disruption, legal requirements or another circumstance outside its reasonable control prevents fair administration.
4. Ending the overall Summer Flash Sale will not invalidate entries already accepted into a weekly draw that has closed.

12. Data Protection

1. Personal information will be used to administer orders, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes and comply with legal obligations.
2. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Nustone's privacy policy and applicable UK data-protection law.
3. Prize-draw entrants are not required to consent to unrelated marketing as a condition of entry.

13. Liability

1. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
2. Subject to the paragraph above, Nustone is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet, payment, courier or platform failures.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence within the United Kingdom.
