Campaign Period

The Nustone Winter Stock Clearance Sale is valid from Saturday, 20th December 2025 (00:00) until Thursday, 15th January 2026.

All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn once stock is sold out or the campaign ends.

Products Included

This campaign applies only to selected in-stock porcelain and natural stone paving products available at the time of order. Only products clearly labelled as “Winter Clearance” on the website are eligible for this offer. Products not carrying this label are excluded, even if they meet similar size, material, or stock criteria.

Price Lock Promise

Prices are valid only during the campaign period and will not be extended, matched, or repeated after 15th January 2026 unless otherwise communicated on the campaign landing page.

Buy 4 Crates, Get 1 Crate Free

For every 4 crates purchased, the customer will receive 1 additional crate free of the same product (same SKU).

The offer applies in multiples of four (e.g. buy 8 crates, receive 2 free).

Free crates:

• Must be the same product as the purchased crates
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products
• Will be added to the order upon confirmation by our Sales team
• This offer is valid on selected in-stock porcelain and natural stone products only

Holding Deposit (Price Lock)

Customers can reserve stock and lock the campaign price by paying a holding deposit of £100 per crate.

• The holding deposit counts towards the total order value as advance payment and is not an additional fee
• The deposit secures stock allocation and locks the campaign price
• Customers may alternatively choose to pay the full order value upfront

Non-Refundable Holding Deposit

The holding deposit is non-refundable once paid.

The deposit secures stock allocation and pricing under this limited campaign.

If a customer later decides not to proceed with the purchase, the holding deposit will be retained to cover allocation and administrative costs.

Balance Payment

Any remaining balance must be paid before delivery or collection.

Delivery or collection dates will be confirmed by the Sales team after order validation.

Storage & Holding Terms

• Storage covered by the holding deposit is valid up to 31st March 2026
• From 1st April 2026 onwards, storage will be charged at £200 per crate per month
• Extended storage must be agreed in advance with the Sales team

Exclusions & Additional Discounts

Products included in the Winter Stock Clearance Sale are already discounted to the lowest market prices and are therefore excluded from any additional offers.

No further discount codes, vouchers, trade discounts, promotional credits, or loyalty incentives can be applied to these products.

Order Validation

All orders placed under this campaign are subject to stock availability and final validation by the Nustone Sales team.

Nustone Patios Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel orders in the event of stock discrepancies.
