A new venue, a bigger show
FutureScape moves to Farnborough International for 2026, after most recently being held at London ExCeL — more than 20,000m² of uninterrupted indoor exhibition space, extensive outdoor space and free on-site parking for up to 3,500 cars. New for this year are a mapped Sustainability Trail and a Placemaking Theatre for the commercial sector, alongside the Business, Inspire and Outdoor Living & Nurture theatres and the APL paving demonstrations.

New venue this year, so it's worth a quick look before you set off.
By car
Off the A325, accessible from the M3 (J4) and the A31. Free on-site parking for up to 3,500 cars, plus 18 EV charging bays.

By train
Farnborough Main is 1.5 miles away — around five minutes by taxi, with up to six trains an hour and journeys from London Waterloo in as little as 34 minutes.
Farnborough North, North Camp and Aldershot are all roughly ten minutes by taxi.

Tickets & registration
Yes. FutureScape is free to attend, but visitors should register in advance through the official event website.
Advance registration is strongly recommended. Registering beforehand will provide your visitor confirmation and help make entry quicker when you arrive.
Your FutureScape registration provides access to the event. Check your confirmation from the organiser for full admission details and keep it available when you arrive.
FutureScape is designed for professionals working across landscaping, garden design, construction, grounds maintenance, horticulture and outdoor living. This includes landscapers, designers, architects, contractors, developers, local authorities, suppliers and business owners.
FutureScape brings together hundreds of exhibitors, suppliers, speakers and landscaping professionals. Visitors can discover new products, compare suppliers, attend expert seminars, watch practical demonstrations and build industry connections.
At the Nustone stand

The programme includes hundreds of exhibitors, four seminar theatres, industry speakers, APL live demonstrations, paving demonstrations, networking opportunities, competitions, awards and special events.
Yes. FutureScape has four main seminar areas: the Business Theatre, Inspire Theatre, Outdoor Living & Nurture Theatre and Placemaking Theatre. Sessions will feature designers, landscapers, business owners and industry specialists.

Getting there & planning your day
Yes. Farnborough International offers free on-site parking, with up to 3,500 spaces. Follow the official event signage and instructions from parking marshals when you arrive.
The venue is located just off the A325, with convenient access from M3 Junction 4 and the A31. Use postcode GU14 6TQ, but follow the official event signs as you approach.
Yes. Farnborough is accessible by rail, including direct services from London Waterloo. Check live train times and onward travel arrangements before travelling.
Yes. FutureScape has partnered with HotelPlanner to provide access to nearby accommodation, including options within walking distance. Booking early is recommended.
