Our Black Porcelain Paving features a range of dark tones throughout the surface with a finish that mimics the appearance of natural slate to add a sophisticated finish to any garden or patio!
The flat surface of each porcelain sett is designed to mimic the appearance of natural stone with all the modern conveniences of man-made, vitrified paving.
The lightly textured and non-slip surface adds extra safety to any family garden, or even a larger commercial project, helping to maintain grip underfoot even when wet! Porcelain is suitable for patios, pathways and driveways due to its extremely durable nature and the R11 non-slip rating means that the setts can be used around swimming pools or water features too.
Each sett measures 200x100mm with a thickness of 20mm. One full crate contains 1080 setts to cover 21.6m².
Outdoor porcelain paving is robust and long-lasting with a stain and scratch-resistant surface, making it the perfect low-maintenance option. The non-porous setts will prevent any excess moisture from building up within the tile, so your paving won’t be prone to any build-up of moss or algae.
There’s no need to worry about any accidental spills as anything dropped onto the slabs won’t be drawn into the surface as it would in natural stone, meaning that you’ll be able to wipe the tiles clean with some warm, soapy water when caught quickly. As with anything, spillages that are left over a long period will need a bit of elbow grease to remove, but we offer some great products that will help you clean up the tiles with much better results than you could expect from a porous stone, so you can be sure that your patio will clean up brilliantly every time! Porcelain is also impervious to fading and will stay true to its original colour, even when subjected to excessive heat and sunlight during the Summer months.
